outsourcing agreement

Client Relationship Executive; ANSWERTHINK CONSULTING:
Sales management responsibility for entire service offerings for Southeast
Fortune 1000 accounts. Led and directed large account relationships, partner
coordination, and new account sales initiatives. Developed sales business
plans for the firm’s key offerings including ERP, CRM, Oracle, Business
Intelligence, and Benchmarking initiatives.
Retail Director:
Managed team responsible for building a sales and services organization to
sell and implement supply chain solutions with clients throughout the United
States. Building the sales organization for this services group included
recruiting and working closely with business partners that would help drive
new business in ‘Tier-2’ accounts. Business partners included Kronos, SAP,
PeopleSoft, Lawson, and Oracle

Hired to build a sales / support organization and help take the company
public. Recruited and built a national and international sales organization
and participated in the work that resulted in a successful initial public
offering on NASDAQ. Company focused on retail and hospitality industries.
Recruited, hired, and trained 4 new Regional Managers strategically located
throughout the U.S., and an international Sales Manager. Managed, motivated
and set goals for all Regional Managers, Internal Support Representatives,
and independent sales partners. Developed and tracked all budgets within the
department. Successfully planned all National Sales Meetings and trade shows

Divisional Vice President; FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES
Recruited, hired, and built a completely new division for Federated that
grew to over 300 professionals. Organization was located throughout the
headquarter locations for Federated divisions including Macy’s, Rich’s,
Bloomingdale’s, and Burdines. Managed, motivated and set goals for entire
department.
* Selected to present successes to the annual National Retail Federation
conference.
* Developed plan for the first internal department to deliver and maintain
interactive multimedia training to support the extensive training needs of
over 100,000 employees. The initial challenge to this initiative was to
assess key training needs, including selling skills, develop curriculum and
a strategic framework for all future deployment
