eight hours to complete the Training portion and two hours to complete the
Certification Test. The Certification Test consists of 50 randomly
generated multiple choice questions, with all "Incorrect" questions
viewable after Testing. The program also qualifies for eight hours of PHR
and SPHR re-certification credit hours.
