Section 125 Cafeteria Plans are one of the most-used benefits offered by
employers in the United States, yet they are often among the hardest to
design and administer because of the numerous design and reimbursement
options and the complexity of handling reimbursement requests.
Our Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Training & Certification Program is loaded
with information on plan design and administrative options and
requirements, and is written in non-legal terms. The Program is supported
with numerous tips, examples, and interactive questions to help you
understand and comply with Section 125 requirements, and includes a
special "Bookmark" feature so you can learn at your own pace.
This Program is ideal for HR professionals with no or little experience
administering Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, Benefit Department Managers or
CFOs who seek satisfaction knowing that their administrators are properly
trained and up to date on Section 125 Cafeteria Plan issues, and
individuals looking to add value to their job experience with the
Certified Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Administrator designation.
This self-paced Program is available from any browser, and is accessible
for one full year from date of purchase. It should take approximately
eight hours to complete the Training portion and two hours to complete the
Certification Test. The Certification Test consists of 50 randomly
generated multiple choice questions, with all "Incorrect" questions
viewable after Testing. The program also qualifies for eight hours of PHR
and SPHR re-certification credit hours.
